    We have worked for an assortment of clients from industries such as medical, real estate, ecommerce, insurance, travel, education, banking, energy, personal care, motorsport, etc.

    We have been serving global clients since 2006. In more than eight years, we have delivered diverse complexity data projects successfully.

    Our clients are based in USA, UK, Europe, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Malaysia and Japan. But we are happy to work with any client from anywhere in world.

    Data Outsourcing India offers an extensive range of data entry, data processing, data management, data cleansing and data mining services. Moreover, we provide specialized data support services to clients who have distinctive data services requirements.

    How can I send my files to you?
    You can send us digital files via email and secured FTP upload. If you have hard copy documents then you can dispatch them to us using a courier service. (You can eliminate the process of file transfer by acquiring our remote data entry service.)

    Will I receive the hard copy files back?
    Yes, we can mail back to you hard copy documents after project completion if you needed.

    What is your turnaround time?
    At Data Outsourcing India, our clients set deadlines and we make efforts to meet goals. We have ample workforce with years of experience to manage small as well as large scale projects comfortably in deadlines recommended by clients.

    How do I receive a finished project?
    You will receive a finished project via email, secure FTP server, CD or DVD, etc. preferred by you.

    Do you perform automated data capture?
    Yes, we do perform automated data capture using OCR tools. But it is possible with high resolution documents only.

    What is the quality assurance process you follow?
    We do three steps quality checking on each data project. Firstly, our operators check their everyday completed work for errors and fix. Secondly, Project Managers check completed work randomly for quality. Finally, QA teams verify all data thoroughly before delivery to client. This process ensures optimum accuracy in every project. Also, we employ double key data entry technique where needed.

    Can I be assured about the safety of my data?
    One hundred percent, we don’t disclose any information or data you share with us on any stage of project. All our employees are bound under confidentiality agreement and not authorized to disclose any sensitive information. Also, carrying personal pen drives, hard disk, cd, dvd, etc. on work floor is prohibited.

    What’s your pricing model?
    We have divided our pricing or engagement model into three parts (fixed price, time & material, dedicated team) to make it suitable for every client. You can go with the model which you find most suitable to your business needs.

    Do you offer free trials?
    Yes, we are happy to offer a trial work for you to earn your confidence. This sample work would be totally free of cost without expecting any commitment from your end. You can award us project after your quality satisfaction.

    Do you enter into a service agreement?
    Yes, we sign SLA (service level agreement) with each client before commencing project. Having a contract in business relationship is essential - it reminds responsibilities to both parties. Our agreement includes pricing, deliverables, delivery schedule, confidentiality and complaint handling mechanisms.

    How do you receive payments?
    You can pay us via Bank Wire Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal.

    The team will be in touch with you over Skype, Phone and Email throughout the working hours every day.
